About Us

The Hail Ridge Course you see today began as a dream of Jones and Norene Gann over 15 years ago. Formerly the Buck Schnuck farm, the Gann's purchased the property at Buck's estate sale. Even though Jones and Norene weren't avid golfers, they felt the property lent itself well to the construction of a course. We hope you will agree.

Construction commenced in March, 2004 with a design and construction team consisting of members of the management team, maintenance team, contractors, architects and veteran consultants. The design-build approach was organic--taking into account the natural lay of the land and resources provided by the property.

You will see that our layout has not been compromised by housing tracts, as is common on a new course these days.

The course, while never completely finished, represents the manifestation of Jones and Norene's dream. Before you lie just over 6500 yards of zoysia fairways, USGA Greens, a state-of the art irrigation system, a challenging mix of holes, a cozy clubhouse and service second to none.

We are open to the public 7 dats a week and are available for private outings and events. Hail Ridge is an 18 hole facility wit continuous cart paths, a clubhouse with ballroom, driving range and a service staff second to none.
